How Safe are Wheel adapters?

How safe is it to run wheel adapters to the correct hub size?

If you're talking about hub-centric rings, they are safe. They're made of various materials including plastic. Note, they do NOT bear any weight. They are simply used to center the wheel onto the hub.

No i am talking about the actual spacers, because there are these wheels that arent 72.56mm.

If you are running a high quality spacer you should not run into any kind of issues. H&R, Macht Schnell, and Rouge Engingeering are a few you may want to look into.
