Aftermarket iPod/bluetooth options for e92

So i picked up my 2007 e92 328xi (non-iDrive) a few days ago and need some advice. My car has the aux input but no iPod or bluetooth phone options. I'm pretty sure the BMW Professional head unit is iPod and bluetooth ready but the BMW dealership is asking 900 for the BT and 400 for the iPod modules. Anyone know of good aftermarket options? Im really not trying to get robbed by BMW but still want a decent option that will work well and display text and all that. Let me know what you guys think..

Dension gateway 500, just installed in my car and the device is very nice. Much better than Dice
