An option you wished there was on the E90

Regarding the options list on an E90, what option do you wish was avaliable to choose? Like something from the competition...?

LOL, I just sat here thinking to myself for a minute straight. I actually said "uhm....hmmm..." aloud, haha.

Give me more time to think?

Personally, for me, I wish there was something like the AMG 'packages' that MB has. I understand BMW has BMW Individual Programs but as far as I know thats just exterior and interior color right.

OK, a 6 CD-in dash player, but I wouldn't have gotten it anyway (1 mP3 CD is better than 6 regular CDs)

I know you said options unavailable but the fold down rear seat should be standard.

DSG-like automatic with paddle shifters (I hear they're developing something called SSG for the M3) I wouldn't get that either because I love my manual.

Correct me if I am wrong but I thought I read that the side bolsters on the sport seats aren't connected to the seat memory? If not, then that should be changed.

...

As far as I know the AMG packages are the same as the M package that is going to be available soon, only appearance.

well you're talking to a guy who cant drive manual, so i;ll take SMG or SSG or DSG anyday. Hmm, i havent looked into the side bolsters yet, interesting though, it should be connected.

Cooled seats.

I have much more trouble staying cool in the car than warm. Seat heaters are useless to me except on the coldest days and only for a few minutes to take the chill off the seats. After that my body keeps the seat plenty warm.

I could use seat cooling for extended periods, even during the winter.

im not sure if it counts. but i think the navi should be better. like they might as well just steal every feature acura has. i also think it should be able to play more then just Cds. Mp3(i know this is coming soon) and it should play dvd audio(since it has a "Dvd" player anyway).
coupe should be available. not for me, but so there would be less 4 doors out there.
car should make a sound when doors lock even without the alarm

i could probably think of small silly things all day long. but really, there is nothing that important and nothing that i "miss"

The AMG packages merely get MB's cars to perform on par with BMW. (so admits my friend at Beverly Hills Mercedes)

Nothing big, but I wish that the DRLs would be available here too.

Yes I agree with a lot of people on the option to get non-run flats with a spare.
