BMW M3 vs. Mini cooper - Just pathetic!

Today I've been with a friend in his M3 and we were at a red light, beside us a mini cooper when green light turn it on, the mini cooper was like racing, he was going so fast that he almost hit a bicycle and I promise you it could happen, the bike guy was like mad mad mad, also my friend didn't accelerate at green light but just as normal starting. He told me these guys are crazy, they think they can beat a M3 while they only have over 100-200 HP then he told me if they want to race just go on a race track not on road, he have nothing to prove to the guy with a mini, a M3 is a M3 and his mini cooper is just *****

I then say you're right it's pathetic and could be dramatic if accident happens. He said that at least once a month he get these kind of a** hole wanting to race with him with their car that are smaller HP than his.

I'll play around with some people from time to time, that is if they are willing. It doesn't mean I think I can beat them or that I think I am better than them, just that I enjoy driving my car and playing with others. I don't get why that always had to mean something negative. I've played with everything from Gallardo's to Mini's and I don't think I am better in any way to any of them. I just enjoy driving!

my sister has a mini cooper S and although there not M3 fast they are pretty damn quick with a TT under the hood. Although the guy is a idiot for racing either way. I've always found mini owners relaxed people or something...

Was the bicyclist toting a baguette? If so, did the almost-collision cause it to be spilled onto the ground? If so, that alone would be tragic.

Racing on public roads, especially with traffic, is STUPID. That said, I like to drive quickly, and occasionally "play" with other cars. When conditions permit.

I've driven stock Mini Cooper S. Always get out grinning like an idiot. Fun car to drive. Really light. Like a street legal go kart.

For the love of God people DO NOT weave in heavy traffic with only inches to spare.

I only do it when i see ....

but then there are those moments (daily) when someone does a shit drive infront of me which causes me to speed up and "wet" them.
