Scammer

So this guy apparently scammed a bunch of people.

He lives in Millbrae, CA 94030. Dominic Tsang. 17 years old. 2006 350z.

Need some help finding him from the CA guys. Not familiar with area or anything.

Hah. Already contacted him. Story is the csls were bald and I did not know. So, I replaced the tires and thought that it would not be worth it to sell the rims for the settled price. I decided not to sell and did not know what to tell him. I told him whats up. I am refunding the money. I have receipt to prove that i replaced the bald tires. I have also dealt with Peter at velocity motors. He sent the money first and I DID NOT scam. -___-. I would not scam this. Please do not assume. Feel free to ask me for proof of receipt and/or feel free to contact Peter and ask him if my story is true. Thanks

domsaywha is the "scammer." he wasted everyone's time and was clearly going to run away with the money unless he wasn't found out. why else would he take allegedly three people's money for the same set of wheels???

until this is dealt with, domsaywha is not in the clear.

Alright you can think Im a scammer. I can care less. I didnt post reciept because I didnt think it was necessary. Didnt want to waste my time scanning it. But whatever the story, the money will be refunded in 2-3 days when my card is verified by paypal.

It if not neccssary then why u even bother to mention a out the reciept part ?

u said u don't have time to scan the paper , but somewhere u manage to have time to created a FS thread asking 3 different people to send you money through paypal as a gift ? What kinda bs is this ???
