is a power seat retrofit possible?

if there's one thing that bothers me the most about my car is the non-power seats. is it possible to do some sort of a power seat retrofit, and if so how much would it cost? thanks.

You'd think BMWs would come standard with a lot of things. See: Alarm, power seats, leather, and more than 6 speakers (with no tweeters)

OP, looks like this thread will get into some other random rant thread, and you wont know the answer to your question.

it is possible to retrofit power seats. The price of the seats will vary though, depending on condition, and if they are sports or non-sports seats. You will also need to do your own wiring to bring power to the seat connectors). Used seats usually aren't cheap though.

Power seats suck. They add excess weight. It's just like sunroof deletes on E46 M3's.

heh, exactly. I actually prefer my manual sport-seats. Less weight, and I haven't touched the adjustments in over a year, so I don't miss not having power adjustments.
