Today one of my friends who's a girl was like, I heard you got a new car...and I explain yea it's the same as our friend Dane's car (Dane has a 09 Jet black 335i coupe with type 230 rims).
And she goes....yeaaaaaa.......but that's a girls car. Then she goes on to explain that it's such a small dainty feminine looking car and it really got in my head. I started thinking if I should have bought a bigger coupe of some sort. The other coupe I would really be interested in is a CL, but it's nowhere near as fun and it's much more expensive. But at least it's a damn manly car. I kinda feel silly being a 6'3" dude getting in and out of a 335is that looks like the same coupe that legions of high schooler chicks drive out there. Thoughts? This will very likely be my last 3 series ever based on the fact that I'm entering my late 20s and will probably have a family and such down the road. I kind of figured, why not enjoy a car that is a tad bit more impractical while I can?

Who cares what dumb chicks think...I was driving a B7 A4 and she's like "oh cute you drive a girl's car" and I was like I was unaware...whatever she drove an Infiniti QX4. I see more guys driving/enjoying Miata's these days than girls anyway...this mentality is somewhat dated

There must be something to that. I told my brother that I ordered a 335is white on red and his comment was "The girls are going to be jealous when they see you driving their dream car."

Exactly.

I bought the 335 because it has 300hp with potential for much more, it's RWD, a very classy car, and it handles amazingly. So many reasons why it is just a badass car overall, which qualifies it as definitely NOT a chick car.


If you want a chick car, go with the Mercedes C300
