Thumbs up My new baby!

Bought this from a forum member here. Absolutely love it! Best car I've ever owned. Perfect balance of performance, looks, features, practicality, reliability, rarity, and value!

The cars I've had previously (in order) were: Mazda MX-6, 90 Mazda RX7, 93 RX7, 85 RX7, Mazda RX8, Porsche 944S, Mazda3 Hatch, now this

Finally got a break in the constant rainy days here, so I changed the oil, installed a black front grill, and then took some pics!

NOTE the last pic is some sort of Autobahn certification. This car was sold new to a US Military soldier then shipped over here, so this car has been on the Autobahn!

Looks sweet! 330i was my dream car, but was not in a position to buy it. When I was, I saw a E92 parked on the street (Sept. 2006) and was like WTF, that's out already? Guess I wasn't shy, 2 1/2 weeks later had one ordered....11 wks later it was in the garage....

53k miles. I do love the wankel, but it's terrible on gas and I really love having a 50/50-weight balanced RWD 4-door.

Before owning this car, I never thought a piston engine could be as smooth as a rotary. It's funny, this car is slightly faster than my RX8 and slightly slower than my FD (3rd gen RX7), but gets better MPG's in the city than either of those got on the highway.

I think it came that way from the factory. They're on the wheels too.

I just noticed that. I've never seen ///M emblems on 162's. They must be add-on's from the previous owner. I know that the ZMP was not available for cars produced prior to 2009.

Nice pictures, great choice of car , the grills look good on yours aswell, I always wondered what gloss black would look like on SE bumper - I presume these are OEM BMW?
Might have to put that on my mods list...
