Help with buzzing sound
I have a new problem that has occurred a few times. It comes and goes.
Upon startup, my speakers sound massively distorted when the tuner and sat radio are on. Also- if the alarm bong (you know like the seat belt reminder) sounds- it doesn't sound like a bong at all, it sounds like a very loud buzz. The speakers are fine, because this has only happened 3 times and after a few restarts, clears itself. Also of note, when it is occurring, the ipod still sounds fine???? Help. I am under warranty, but would rather not take the car in unless I have to. |

I just started having the same problem too. It's happened 3 times now over a couple of months (so not very often), and the last time I recorded it. An immediate restart of the ignition doesn't clear the problem. After the car sits for a then it goes away. I'm making an appt to take it in to the dealer, I think it's a radio hardware problem.
