Advice sought? Repair bumper or replace w/mtech?

Hi guys...
I suffered a curb rash on my bumper and the repainting costs 600... I am wondering if I should spend some more money and replace the bumper w an Mtech instead of getting this fixed? What are your thoughts?

it depends on the extent of the damage of the curb rash, pictures would help
