Hi guys, my car is getting coded today for the bulb check so the new led tails won't flicker. I got dinan S2 and i'm worried if the coding process will do something to it (maybe removed or deleted), since the mileage and everything is entered to the machine.

if they are recoding the car, you'll need to get your dinan sw reinstalled.
most of the time its a full car update, meaning the DME is overwritten as well as all the other modules. how long are they going to be programming the car for? if its more than 2 hours, its very likely a full reprogram. if its an hour or less, its just the module.

no they currently sending the bulb check function program to get it re coded. so i can just get back to the dinan dealer and reinstall the dinan?
