Does anyone know what this wire attaches to?

It has blue/red wires with a black connector. The wire itself is secured to the red positive cable connected to the battery. I was wrapping up my dp fix last night and all was going well until I saw this. So if anyone can chime in to where this belongs, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

This is a battery charging connector used by the factory when shipping cars overseas. This is to prevent the car arriving to the port with a dead battery.

ok, so I didn't inadvertently disconnecting anything while fumbling around in the dark. Thanks for clearing this up for me.
