Respray or New Bumper '10 528i

My aunt's 528i got rear ended and she got quoted $1200 for it to be fixed. Now I asked if the guy wanted to replace the whole bumper or just fix it but my aunt wasn't sure. I'm pretty sure that quote is for a new bumper and spray. However, the damage is nothing and I know it can be stripped, bondo'd, primed, and resprayed. She doesn't care about the value of the vehicle.

Just want a second opinion. Also anyone know of a good shop near Mamaroneck, NY? I was suggesting Martino Auto Concepts in Glen Cove but if any of you guys can suggest a closer, reputable shop, I'd like her to take it there.

As you can see, damage is minimal. That dip on the bottom is not something my aunt cares about. I think it can be bent back with some heat anyway? Regardless, it's not a priority.

Marks are very shallow. Bondo would be fine, correct?

$1200 for that? that's ridiculous lol

I know a few good shops in LI; shouldn't be too far from you..i was actually just there at Pace BMW on Saturday took me about 35 minutes from Brooklyn.

Aunt's from Pace. Mine from Morristown BMW (NJ).
