NEED HELP! please

so i have a 2010 mtech 335. with the oem 19s.
i have h&R sports on the car.
but the H&r races are in my room.
1st question
- will 12mm spacers fit in the rear on the race springs without rubbing. or bigger?

2nd
- should i lag the springs and spacers and jb3 it?
