Help?? RT Lowbeam Malfunction - Xenon Conversion

I did the conversion about 3 months ago and had no real problems up until 2 weeks ago. Initially if I started the car with the lights on, I had no error, however now it doesn't matter. The car comes up with an error and then will go away...5 to 10 minutes later it comes back and goes away after a few minutes and this keeps happening. Any ideas?? It's always the right one that comes up. As you can imagine an I-Drive DING can get quite annoying if you have hear it every 5 to 10 minutes.

Help??

I checked the wiring and its all pretty tight....but I only seem to get this when it is cold out. I rarely get this message throughout the day, but only when it is under 45 degrees. The other night, the right bulb went out all together, so I turned the lights off and back on to see if it would help, and instead both lights went off! Not good at 2am on NYE night. Any ideas would GREATLY help!

And I would get the footwell module, but I like to have my high beam functionality which I don't believe has been fixed just yet.

Thanks guys

Make sure the ground terminal of the xenon headlights contact the ground wire you added. As temperature decrease, the wires shrink, which may cause the xenon ground to lose connection with the ground wire. On my conversion, I spread out the wires so that theres a larger surface area for better connectivity.

Explorer, is your problem resolved? Another issue may be where did you connected the new ground? I would suggest you connect the new ground to the old ground and not the body panel. Its less likely that you connect to the wrong panel + its a cleaner/shorter wire.

Hey...I have it connected to the ground wire from the harness...I really only have problems when its cold and night....Its quite weird. In the morning, my lights are on..its still cold and no message...At night, it doesn't shutup!
