Question re: e90 ZSP seats
Hey guys,
I have a 2006 325i e90 with ZPP and ZSP. I just dropped her off for service and was given a 2009 328i e92 with ZPP and ZSP as a loaner. I noticed the seats in the e92 to be wider at the hips and much more comfortable than the ones in my e90. Did BMW widen the seats after 2006? Is it a coupe vs sedan thing where the coupe gets wider seats? Just curious because if I could get some sedan seats that were ZSP but just as wide as the loaner's I would love my car even more! Thanks! |

I never sat in a E92+ ZSP seats before, but in my E90 when I start pumping my seats , my back gets squished... I wish it was slightly wider. Still the best seats I've sat in though
.

I'm going to measure the flat of the cushion in the e92 when I get a chance, and then measure my seats when I get the car back and see how much difference there really is. |

I too have noticed this. It is the main reason I still have my E46 and wife drives the E90. I will eventually get an E92 just because the seat bottoms are wider. And I am not that large. Sideways I mean.
