OEM Shorter Shift Knob: Clean Look

At a glance I thought someone had "trimmed" their stock shifter. According to some reviews, it is OEM and don't know why they didn't ALL came like that!? Crown Auto was mentioned but that vendor no longer carries that part.

Does anyone know where I can order this part?
