Argh..annoying day!!
So it started as a nice dry day so i thought Ill give car a clean. Next..i felt like being unhealthy so i popped in McDonalds, As usual i parked in the empty part of the car park and just as i was about to finish when a woman pulls up in an old Astra convertible, RIGHT next to me when a dozen other spaces around, I straight away thought..mm she better not open her door on my car, but she sat eating ice cream an didnt get out, Phew!

So i quickly jump outta car and put my rubbish in the bin , i hear a woman go OPPS and look round to see her door swinging open and a loud bang as her door smacked straight into my TOTALLY unmarked car , the car park is on an incline so it got a decent amount of momentum up and left two lovely pimple dents in my door panel.GREAT! Now i am fussy and my car does not have a single mark on it not even the smallest of marks. She apologised I tried not to strangle her there and then. I of course said well im not paying for the dents to be removed, to which she bent down and said ..OH i can hardly see them ...ARGHH dont you just hate it when people who dont give a dam about their car say that, we all know how slab sided and flat the doors are on an e92, they stand out like a sore thumb on my cleanly washed mirror finish door...:cr y::cr y:

So maybe the moral of the story is to ...NOT eat fast food, its bad for you...and your car!!

yeah took pics of her car and the marks...gonna see a paintless dent removal guy i last used on the alloy bonnet of my evo 8 he did great job, I told her its gonna be at least £60 to get it sorted..she said she would have to go through her insurance so i took her details ..i mean go through insurance for £50 ..jeeezzzz . Well i shall tell her the cost in the week, she said she wanted t show her the husband the mark...the thing is it hardly shows on a camera but when your fussy like us lot, and you stand back you can clearly see two lovely dents RIGHT in the middle of panel, I was soooooo P*sssed.
I hope she does not try and be a b*itch and not pay up??? who knows?

It's unfortunate but true that 90% of the people out there don't give a sh*t about their own car let alone yours! Yesterday was super windy and I had to go to the Depot so I parked WAY out to avoid potential blown door dings. Just as I'm about to get out of the car this clueless looking older guy in a POS parks as close as possible to me. I see him fumbling around and I could just tell this wasn't going to turn out well. I moved my car into another spot and proceeded to watch him. He whipped his door open (potential ding 1) and then had to fumble around in the rear so he whipped his rear door open (potential ding 2). When I was done shopping his car was gone so he would have had another opportunity to bang my car up.
If he had arrived after I left my car it would have been glitched up for sure!

Something like this happened to my father's car a long time ago. He was walking out to the parking lot from the grocery store and he saw a guy with a grocery cart next to his car and the guy was looking at the rear quarter panel of his car. Just as my dad had suspected the guy's grocery cart dented his car. He waited for the guy to go inside the store, stood between his car and that guy's car and took his foot and caved the entire fucking driver's side door in on that guy's car.

100% absolute true story. My folks didn't have a whole lot back then but always took damn good care of everything they owned.

When my dad first got his 1990 lexus ls he would park wayyyy out away from everyone else (super anal) and one day came back to find someone had gone out of their way to run a shopping cart into it. So the moral of that story is park away from other people but not too far away? Oh and people are assholes.

im annoyed as i had this uneasy feeling as soon as she pulled up right next to me rather than in the dozens of empty spaces in the car park...i can only think it was because it was closet to the bin (trash can in U.S translation)...and she didnt want to walk too far after stuffing her face with a Mc Flurry!!

OMG I go fucking pyscho with that. I am like WTF bitch there are 20 other spots and you had to park near me, I'm not even close to the entrance. I intentionally park farther away from the entrance of places so that no one parks near me, but bam just had to park next to me.

I attribute it to the herding mentality of people. Its like on the highway when cars just stick together, regardless of speed or politeness.
