Sticking Door Handles

Any one had a problem with the door handles sticking?
This was a problem on my last E90 and now the same thing is happening on my my new vehicle.
It only tends to do it as winter approaches they are not frozen up they just stay up when you open the door which means the door will not close at all until you step out and click the handle down.
Anyone got a remedy?

There is a new door handle available. I had one that was sticking open, and the dealer replaced all four. The TSB is 511406.

Mine was like this today, as it was smowing cold. Then i guess all E90 will be like that. Mine actually had like ice falling inside after i pulled open and crunched the ice when i left the handle.
