When I returned my Z4 few years back. I had 3 original bridgestones and 1 pirelli. They didn't say anything but I was charged $2XX for tire wear. I wasn't sure if it was because of different tire or the tread on the tires were below requirement.

My sister just turned in her lease and they had a slight problem with the front tired and the rears not being the same..

We've gotten a few cars through the sales lady so she kinda looked past it but she also had the wear and tear pack on it so i think it was just absorbed..
