Not any time soon. 2011 or later.

Those are the ones that are already out in Japan, right? It's lame they can't get them here quicker.

I know they have been tested in Europe, but I'm not aware of them being available for purchase by consumers yet in Europe or Japan.

3G RFT available yet?

Hello

We are going to need replacements for our basic 16" Bridgestone EL42 runflats (2007 328i) soon and I am going to go for the equivalent Continental RFTs but wondered if any word on availability of the 3rd generation Bridgestone tires had yet been given?

Thanks

No new information yet, still at least late 2011, likely longer.

Supposed to be lighter and have improved ride quality. What I read was pretty positive but it sounds like they are still in development so who knows what the final product will be like.

The RE960AS RFT Pole Position's are much better than the Turanza RFT that came on my 335. I've put 200 miles on them so far and they appear to have a better ride and feel, but at the end of the day, they are still RFT's. Anyone expecting a comparable ride to a regular tire....you will be disappointed !
