My first noob question !!

Front : 8J x 18 225/40 Et 35 , Rear : 9J x 18 255/35 Et 38

or should i go for 4x 8J x 18 or 4x 8,5Jx19 ......

Those specs are quite conservative so they will fit easily

They will all work. The 18" staggered combo should look good and also be quite practical. You could go up to 235/40 front and 265/35 rear with those rims, but the tyre sizes you wrote above would be good too.

If you get 8.5" rims, I would definitely go up to 235 tyres unless you want to rim to be exposed.
