Fronts should fit fine but the rears will likely depend on a number of factors such as tire size and whether you're dropped...you will likely need to roll your funders and/or stretch your tires to accommodate such an aggressive offset in the rear

Thanks for the help, I just dropped my car on H&R Sport Springs and had my fenders rolles as well. Thought about picking these up locally for a winter setup. I didnt look, but they do make some decent winter tires that would work right?

^this doesn't help at all as he is running ET40 up front and ET15 in the rear

OP, I would check tirerack.com for winters in the size you're looking for

Fronts fine but rear is very aggressive for a e92 even with rolled fender, camber, stretched tires. Good luck though

why would u run a 9.5 for winter..the narrower the wheel and tire the easier to get through snow

the 18x9.5 et15 in the rear will be a pretty agressive fit. Will need fender roll and possibly a little tire stretch.

Here is a 19x9.5 et36 rear:

With your new wheels, the wheels will come out 21mm further to the fender.
