Need help. Changing stock rims on 2007 323i???

Hi guys. I need a bit of help. I just bought a pair of used alloy wheels for my 2007 323i (Canada). I want them for winter tires. Now I'm not sure if they will fit properly.

The stock rims are 16 X 7. The new (old) ones are factory BMW Borbet 5 spoke alloys but they are 16 X 7.5. I did try them on and they did seem to fit, but I am concerned about the offset. I think the stock alloys are 34mm offset, and the old rims are 20mm offset. Does anyone think this will be a problem?? I don't want to damage the suspension or anything

Any insight will be greatly appreciated.

Welcome.
16x7.5 ET20 will fit, even if the front will stick out more than the OEM wheels.

Thanks Remmib. I was just a bit worried that I would damage the suspension somehow. Thanks a lot for the reply!!
