Lubricating Seals?
There is a rattle sound coming from my e90 passenger door - sounds like its coming from my window. Anyone know how to properly grease the window seals or does anyone think it might be a window regulator issue? I'd hate to take it to the dealer only to make 10 more noises and to put pen marks on my dash.

Its a strong possibility its coming from your door seals not from your window as you stated. I have been having the same problem for the last few weeks and have ordered Gummi Pfledge to cure it. It seems that certain factors (like temperature ) leads to the drying of the seals/lining and causes the doors to squak and rattle.

I have had this same rattle for some time now. I have had the car into the dealer three times and they have replaced the spring in the seatbelt mount, adjusted the latch striker plate and lubricated the door seals all in an attempt to find the cause of the rattle, but with no success. They have isolated it to the window itself moving in its tracks. They are replacing the window tracks this week, so it will be interesting to see if it fixes the problem.
As a side note, what are your build dates? Mine is Sept '05.

I started getting slight rattle from the driver's window too when I go over harsh roads or small bumps. Lowering the window very slightly gets rid of it.
Was it the window tracks causing the problem? Do tell!
