Would red on red be to much.

Not asking for any flames or such, just wondering what peoples opinions were on the thought of the crimson red with the red leather interior. Would the thing look like a apple on wheels or would it set itself apart because of the difference.

haven't seen the red interior in person, but I'd imagine they're not the same reds.

IMO, don't think it'd look good.

lol, i personally wouldn't do it. Not my style. I must admit red interior looks hot, and i don't find that many people that think red exterior is hot but i think it is way hot. But something about putting them together... ummm i don't know bro. Again everything is own personal opinion and do what makes you feel good in your bimmer.

PS- if you happen to wear a red polo shirt or something and people see you comming out of a red car with red interior with red polo... Ummm they might think there's something up with you. LOL, your choice bro

I don't think you will be happy with the bloody red/red and selling it would be a problem too if you plan to buy the car. I personally would like white ext and red int.

I agree with the general opinion--it would be too much. Pick which one you like the best--either red exterior or interior--then pick a color that goes well with it for the other. Probably be happier in the long run.....

red/red is not bad. I see a lot of the E46 M3's with that combo, but they use Imola. I'm not too firmiliar with Crimson.

I think it would look nice...if you could get the headliner in anthracite. Then you could get a red/black theme going on with body-matched outside grills with blacked out inside. Then you could get those Volks Time Attack wheels. zomg, it would look nice.

They do not match, different tones of red. You need to go black/grey/white with red.

actually i have the car on order already with crimson red exterior and black leather, which is a complete flip flop of my last car which was black/red. I just thought maybe the red on red my be a cool thing but if the tones dont match then it would not look good. I like the idea of the red/black theme which is what im probably going to do anyway.

It will be too much! Thats what I was "thinking" about at first but then I went with Saphire Black ext with Coral Red int, I saw a M coupe with red int and also my porsche had red int, I think it looks so sexy, but IMHO red on red is a no no!

hands down either the white or black with red is about as good as it gets.

Absolutely ! It would be a real mismatch in tones.
