Date/time on posts

How do you get the proper (UK) date and time on the posts of this forum.

Might sound silly but it annoys me and I never know how old posts are.

Go to the User Control Panel (USER CP on the menu above) ...

User Cp - Edit Options - Date & Time Options - Time Zone

Also stay logged in - otherwise your user CP timezone is not referenced
