with shadowline trim. I've been getting some ridiculous and I MEAN ridiculous quotes for this job. Some knob was asking £300 for it Surely there's someone out there who does it for a reasonable price...? Or is warranted to be a high price?

(For those who don't know what chromeline is, it's the chrome boundaries going around the windows.)

I don't think that sounds too bad. The high gloss trim is not just around the windows. It's also the flat panels on the B pillars and quite a large area around the wing mirrors.

It looks lovely on a black car as EVERYTHING is then high gloss black.

Presumably your guy is charging £ 300 for all the bits installed?
