07 e90 335i Things to have the dealer check / replace before warranty expiration?

Hey all,
I'm wondering if someone has a list of things that were recalls / TSBs, wear items etc that I should pester the dealer to replace before my warranty expires.

Any of the black interior trim pieces that are peeling.
Spark plugs @ 47k miles

For legal purposes, you should complain about anything that you suspect is failing or will fail shortly after warranty. That way if you have issues in the future you can point to your "unresolved" compliant that was made during the warranty period.

Have you thought about purchasing an extended warranty? It could be a good idea just in case the fuel injectors or turbos go.

How does one complain specifically about spark plugs?

+1 on brakes AND rotors which I believe they need to replace together.

They will only replace your brake pads under the maintenance warranty if it says "RECOMMENDED" in the data sheet when they scan your key.
