Confirming N54 Engine

Just took delivery on a 2010 E93, built in December. I'm fairly certain it has the twin turbo N54 engine but is there a way to confirm? I know its a noob question.

the N55 doesnt enter production until 3/10

If it's a 335i then yes you will have the N54

You think BMW put the wrong engine in your car? o_O Does that happen more often than I realize, or something?

I can confirm, you have the N54.

No. While the car was being produced/delivered there was some talk about when the N55 engines would go into production. However, when I bought my last car (350Z) there were certain features that were planned for the next model year that ended up on my car because it was produced late in the run.

So I was just looking for a way to confirm without going on a search for two turbos.
