Opinion on this E92 color combo?

It is the Arctic with Saddle...I think. Put this with alum trim and some light tint...thoughts?

Not a bad color combo although everyone feels differently about that particular interior color. In my opinion, I'd only get that interior color with a dark exterior color and maybe red. I feel indifferent about red exteriors just because I like the look but always see the NY State Troopers tracking down the red cars first! :P Aluminum trim is so-so too... I have it in my G35 and I think I'm ready to get wood in the 335i. There's something about it that reminds me of the clear taillight days and I think the wood looks more sophisticated in a car but if you've never had aluminum or like the style I'd go with it. Light tint on a light color car is going to wash out... Visually it's best to go with dark tint on light color cars and light tint (or dark if you prefer) on a dark color because it carries the eye over to the tint and makes it look darker. Hmm.. I think I overanswered your question but that's my two cents!

Ha thanks for the replies...just trying to aid myself in the eventual ordering of my 335 coupe. Aluminum is a must, I hate wood. In all honestly the interior will be saddle or coral red. Then all that is left is the exterior, to which I am open to everything.

And yes, I do love my current color combination. Terra is great, but sadly not offered in the e92.

That's looks good, but if you're considering a red interior, then that would be the way to go.

Smile

I have the saddle brown in my black sapphire metallic. At first I was hesitant because I thought it looked a little too "pimped" out for me, but now I LOVE it!! What sold me on it was seeing it at night. Since the ambiant lighting is also the amber/orange that the gauges are, when it washes down on the saddle brown leather, it just glows and looks like you're inside a club! LOVE IT!

Arctic with black interior could work...

But my personal favorite in Arctic is Cream Beige with wood or piano black. When you look from the outside it looks pretty unique, and when you get inside you have this sophisticated and luxurious feel.

i like the exterior, i like the interior, but the combo....

its not bad, but its not the best!

i would take black leather with Arctic, or black exterior with the saddle

btw, where are the comments of the arctic princess??

+1 on your aluminum trim opinion; it was very cool in the New Beetle and the TT...in 1998...and BMW's looks better than most but...that dark gray wood is fairly sporty-like the aluminum-while also pretty elegant.

$0.02-for what it's worth...
