Can I get the ZPP in my non ZPP? Is it a direct swap?

It's not plug and play. You will need to supply the mirror w/ 12V and GND.

Check if the wiring harness is the same on the cars with and without the auto dimming. I have the autodimm on my 330xi, without the compass, and I doubt the company would have so many wiring bundles.

if you have autodimming, the wire is the same. If you only have the manual mirrors, then you will need 12v like me.

A quick search in the DIY area came up with this.

Indeed, there are at least three different DIYs on how to install homelink mirror. And I'm pretty sure if you need compass, homelink will be there as well.
