So I did it! from 335i to 535i...

Greetings Bimmerlovers! Just wanted to share that on Friday I pulled the trigger on an 08 535i CPO with 24k miles. The sad part for me is that I had to let go of my 07 335i. My 335i had 55k and I enjoyed every minute of driving it. Yes it had its problems (six injectors replaced, water pump died and steering lock) within the span of two weeks, but I loved it.

However, even though the 535i is slightly slower and handling and feel are not the same, it can holds its own and its growing on me!

I know that there is a 5post, but its not as lively as this forum, from which I have learned so much about the 3 series and BMWs as whole and for that I thank you! I do plan to continue lurking and learning from you guys though!

Ok, enough of my babbling, getting back to work!

As long as the blue and white propellor is displayed on the vehicle, you made an excellent choice

This forum compared to the others on bimmerforum is like a sorority slumber party compared to a retirement community. It's partly the reason I can't see myself owning any other BMW model but the 3-series, despite the fact the new 5er is very tempting.

Yeah, e90post is probably one of the best around. Informative, lots of helpful people, great group buys, plus more photoshop Black e92 contests (or something) than you can shake a stick at!

Congratz man, I would have loved to have a 535i because having 4 doors would be nice andI'm not too big a fan of the e90's styling. Also, the 535i was out of my price range so if i was to get a 5...it would have been a 528. I love my 335i though

Thanks guys! Its Titanium Silver and I had some tints added yesterday and it looks darn awesome at night! Pics are coming soon! When the spring arrives I will most certainly clay her up! BTW, the Sport Tires are huge on this thing! (245 front and 275 rear).

I was hellbent on getting a JB2 for my 335, but the boss (aka The Wife) put a stop to that immediately! But thats because I told her of my plans....

I learn quickly from my mistakes...'nough said
