16 in BMW 325 (E-90) rims switching to 17in BMW 125i rims

I have a 2006 BMW 325i with regular 16" rims and have a friend who has a 2008 BMW 128i with 17 in rims. My friend offered to give me the rims off of his 128i (wich are 17in). These rims look much better and sportier than my rims on my 2006 325i. If I take these rims, will they fit on my 325i? Thanks for your help. They will give my car a much sportier appearence

go over to 1Addicts and check out the wheel sizing. the 17" part will be okay but you want to check that the offests aren't to high. the wheels will rub your struts

I just left my 16" stocks on my xi, they look horrible but for warranty issues its easier.

Yes, 17's are offered on the sport package 325, but double check the offsets just to make sure. They should be the same for your car though.

What part of your warranty will become voided if you changed the wheels?
