no, bmw perf exhaust looks exactly like stock.
this one looks like Dinan? i mean those 2 "ball hanging" mufflers, looks like dinan to me, maybe i'm wrong...

Possibly the HKS system? I remember StreetKing or someone with a similar handle had the catback system on their 335i

It looks nothing like the BMW PE... I have the PE installed on my E90 335i and it looks nothing like that.
