Wink South Africa vs. Germany e90's - What's the difference?

I see that some e90's are assembled in S. Africa. What's the difference between those & the one's assembled in Germany? (Dirrerent standard features vs. options?; quality better/worse?;trade-ins worth more/less?)

they're more stringent on QC in S. Africa. i actually trust that more because it seems like they keep a closer eye than Germany.
