It throws 1 code, however they (BMW) does not care, and or if for some ungodly reason they do, it could've "come loose". Have had my car into service several times and seen the code on the screen and they dont mention it at all. Love it.

It works. Very noticeable at cold startup. Not so much during normal driving.

Stay near your driver side exhaust and unplug it you will hear the exhuast open up and notice the noise and smoke coming out in idle.

Did it last night, took about 15 seconds. I do like having the full exhaust all the time now though.

Can you save me the search time and give a link or product name for the "bt tool". I have a 2010 E93 if there's a difference.

So, help a newbie out. What is the point? It goes from single exhaust to 2? Thanks, sorry if this is a dumb question.

The left exhaust pipe stays closed for the first 30 seconds after you start the car. This unplugs the actuator which disables the valve, therefore keeping both pipes open all the time.

I didnt know it only closes for the first 30 sec. I thought when you unplug it it stays opened all the time VS plugged the exhaust will be closed on left side until certain amount of throttle is given. Am i wrong? Also when you see 335's on the road and look at there left side exhaust you can see and metal flap closing it until RPM changes and gas is given. That what i thought.
