2010 335d unlocks by itself?
Yep... I do not have the comfort access but today when I got to my car - it unlocked by itself?. I have no explanation - but saw it happen and heard it as well. In fact my key was left upstairs and NO the dog didn't do it?.

Your car missed you
Quote:
Actually shortly after getting my 335d, I had a problem with the fuel tank door opening on its own. It happened twice, freaked me out when I noticed it, but hasn't happened since. I think I, or someone else, must have bumped into the fuel tank door while the car was locked. Later, when it unlocked, I think the door popped open. Also, I have from time to time had the car lock and unlock unintentionally when I had other items in the pocket with the key fob or when carrying too many groceries and balancing stuff like kids, etc. I do have CA, but CA wasn't involved in those instances. So, while I don't know what happened in your case, I've always discovered the cause was something ordinary and reasonable after the fact. Perhaps you have a very friendly, german-trained mouse in your car. |
