Guys I Need some Help ! Please

So I need new 2 new tires for my 3 series....I have Michelin Pilot Sport Radial X however according to many tireshops and michelin .com, they are discontinued,

I found these Michelin Pilot Sport Rib Tires with the SAME EXACT Tread Design as my current tires, however they say that they were made for porches and all the reviews on the tires are from porshce drivers...

I dont know what to do, if there the same exact tread they should be ok right....????
