Jack pad removal on E90

I need to remove a damaged pad on my 06 330i, does anyone know how it's done, as my dealer doesn't.

Thank you,

Bruce

i took mine off by going off a curb at night a couple years ago. you should be able to just take a screw driver and pull it out since its not being held in place by anything but it being pushed into its socket.
