Opinion needed regarding Alcantara shift lever

I just got my Alcantara shift lever for my 06 330i AT. My car is Titanium Silver with grey interior. The shifter looks very nice as the color tone and boot matched the color or the original boot and shifter.

I would like to get the matching ebrake for the vehicle but I am guessing it will look weird as my boot for the ebrake is currently grey and the one for the Alcantara is black.

Can I get your opinion if the ebrake will look good or not with the interior in my vehicle? I wish I could special order it in the matching leather that my vehicle has currently.

Thank everyone.

The more I am looking in to the Alcantara ebrake I wonder if it is the handle and boot or just the handle?

I would go for both the handle and boot. If you want to know how the group would look, you could use a photo and Photoshop in the color change.

Thanks for your input. The photoshop trick sounds like great advise. I can do that.

So just to clarify I installed the shift knob and shift boot today. Looks good.

My only concern if I was to do the ebrake was replacing the boot from black to grey may look weird on a grey center console.

I see that I can just replace the handle alone. That may look good by itself as it will match the idrive and shifter.

You have a point. I've suggested to do the same to the brake lever in order to create a group of controls that would be homogeneous in color. Since you already have the shift boot done, you could take a photo, pick up the color from the shift boot and Photoshop the same paint the brake parts. It would show you if your concern were valid.
