Fair deals?

In the process of selling my car, which is a '08 335xi (silver with black interior), mint condition, 16000 miles, equipped with the following:

Steptronic/paddle shifters
Sports Package (18 inch wheels)
Premium Package
Cold Weather Package
Nav
iPod/USB adapter

Have an offer from private party at $37,400. You guys think this is fair? I don't think I'd do any better trading in...

I think thats extremely good. You'd probably get low 30's trading.

Thanks -- I thought it was pretty good, too. Just trying to fight the onset of seller's remorse...

Yah def a strong offer...I tried trading in my loaded 08 e92 with 8k on an e46 m3 and they offered 32k at the dealer...

Am going to get a 2010 E90 335i M-Sport. Got a decent deal on a lease (500 over invoice, and then I get the $2500 credit). I like the E92 more, but I've got a family now, and the E90 will be more practical.

30,31 and 34. Took the 34.
