Unusual Dash symbol

Hey all,

Recently I went to VT with a loaded trunk and 5 people(including me) in car.

After a bit of driving, I started car again and a weird symbol popped up on my dash. This was not a error light or SES light.

In the center of my dash was a picture of a car and arrows pointing to the left and right above the picture of the car. What does this mean? Auto weight distribution?

I remember my family's Porsche Cayenne had this feature when the load was too heavy in truck; this showed a similar symbol.

It cant be auto weight distribution as the 3 series dosent have the auto leveling suspesion. I dont know what the symbol means.

Mr. Manual says you don't have the car in PARK.

I dont think my car lets me remove the key if the car is not in park?

...Yup, key can't come out if you're not in park.
