How many E90 LCI windows scratch tint?

My window tint on the passenger and driver side is getting some insane lines and up and down with the window?

What have most of you done to take care of this problem?

Does your tint have a lifetime warranty? I know there are tons of different brands of tint out there but I always go to a place that uses 3M tint, lifetime warranty against scratches and I have never had an issue on any of the three cars that I have put tint on in the past. Granted I get my E90 335 tonight so I know very little about the car itself but I would guess the tint scratching has more to do with the tint itself then the car otherwise untinted cars would see the windows scratching and not just tinted ones.

UPDATE: I guess I should read more threads first

My shop put pieces of felt inside the door to help keep the tint from scratching...it's a common problem with BMW's in general, not just the LCI
