Kick it. Or use a rubber hammer on the back. Or if that doesnt work, lower the car a little bit to put some pressure on the wheel and it will pop off.

had this same problem a couple weeks ago. forum suggested kicking it....i did....and it came off no problem. alternate between kicking the left and right side of the tire...but be careful not to kick the car off the jack! (or jack stands)

Also check the wheel hub center area for rust and clean/sand off if necessary.

Oh crap!!! did you make sure to put the tire pressure to 39.5 lbs before you kicked them? you prolly bent the rims and will have to buy new ones now.

I added some wheel wax to the center hub when I did the wheels last time, hopefully it will reduce some of the corrosion so they come off easier next time. Even the guy who swapped rubber for me was challenged to get them off, but a few good right jabs did the work.

This method worked for me too. It may take more that a couple of kicks so just keep doing it until it loosens.
