Need suggestions! Help please!
My car was hit by some lady a month ago and apparently the shop that did the repairs did a bad job on the alignment, causing the camber to go bad and wearing out my rear tires [about an inch of wire is exposed on both rear tires]. (This is the explanation my friend gave me) My left rear tire blew on me Friday and so I got roadside assistance to tow it to Peter Pan BMW. When I called roadside assistance, the guy on the phone told me the left rear tire that blew and towing would be covered... I get a call today from the service advisor at Peter Pan and he tells me tires are not covered and it'll be $505 for each tire. What do you guys suggest I do? Thanks guys.
