4-wheel alignment
Hi guys,
Do you know any reputable place to do 4 wheel alignment in London Area apart from the dealerships (one quoted 240£ upwards) I want it done properly and so far identified company redesignracing.com based close to Brands Hatch, quoted 100£ to 200£ dependent how much work will be required.

You should be able to find somewhere - just search for Wheel Alignment centres...
The only problem that you may face is the lack of settings for a 1 series coupe and more specifically for a 135i. When my car was delivered by BMW it didn't feel right and after 2 attempts I lost confidence with my dealer fixing it. A really good wheel alignment centre had a look and said it was way out regardless of even having any settings. They used settings for the 130i M Sport and adjusted to suit. Has felt great since, but I would like to go back and see if they now have the specific settings for a 135i.

Oh and it should cost between £50 and £100 depending on where you go and that's for 4 wheel laser alignment.

Give Wheels in motion a try.
They are specialists and you should be in good hands. Lots of people with S2K used them from London. Dealers geo setting are usually set up to provide a compromise between performance, safety and low tire wear. You will be better off with an agressive setting for performance only. |
