Will they fit?

I have a 2007 328i sedan, non-sport with stock 16" rims. I'm looking for a set of cheap rims to throw winter tires on and found a set of 16x7 OEM rims that came off of an E46 I believe. Will they fit or will the offset be way off?

might possibly work, not sure if it will clear the brake caliper though........

They're ET47 so you need approx 15mm spacers.
