Look in your boot (L/H side) under the wallet that contains all your manuals. Lift the cover and you will find the 'Key' to unlock the wheel nuts.

In front of the medical kit there is a tray. The bottom of the tray has a cover.Under the cover should be a tool kit, within this kit should be the locking nut for your wheels.

If the nut is not there you need to go back to your dealer and ask them to replace it.

Mine came in a white/blue box in the glove compartment, with the four studs that were removed. I've since transfered the lock nut to the tool kit.
