cannot choose color of rims

hello fellow e90posters

I have an Alpine White E90 and I want to change my chrome colored wheels to something nicer, more aggressive and subtle.

1. I want to keep my oem rims or change them to v710 or hamman or csl model.

2. And where i cannot decide and i need your opinion:
do i buy the rims in hyper silver, glossy black, mat black or gun metal or color them white?

Which color in your opinion would suit best the Alpine White body?

Matt Black

Glossy Black

Hyper Silver

Silver Chrome

Gunmetal

IMO, subtle and aggressive are contradicting terms. that being said, i think that silver or gunmetal looks the best on AW. take a look around the forum for an AW thread and see for yourself

gunmetal looks good, so does silver. not a fan of black wheel son white cars, they just dissapear.

white - COULD be very interesting if you can pull it off, I like white rims as in rally style, like OZ Superturismos. those would looks sweet on your car. but its hard look to pull off and on this forum you probably won't get a lot of postitive feedback.

My taste is exactly opposite yours - well, not exactly. I wouldn't go with chrome either but I like silver or a brushed metal look much more than black or any other dark color. In my view, black wheels just seem to disappear in the wheel wells where silver wheels stand out. As they say, variety is the spice of life!

FYI anything that has to do with black, matte or gloss will be a PITA to keep clean... i hated that when washing my wheels...

Hyper silver and gunmetal in most part are most sensible for my taste. A few styles are reasonable in black but there are many that simply don't fit AW.

My favorite color is hyper silver. But I hate it on an Alpine White!
I find that chrome/silver just don't fit on a white car, specially if I want it to look a bit more aggressive.

In my area, most E90s are driven by women. True these are 320's and due to that at first sight it is a bit feminine in my area.
two thirds of E92s are driven by men.

I chose an AW E90 which really needs a bit of aggressiveness to stay manly

I am leaning toward Glossy Black or Gunmetal now!

Looks like Alloy Technic B9, very light weight wheels.
